The Organ Restoration & Healing Center operates within a unique international model that's specifically designed to provide care to patients within the United States or Canada. Our treatment facilities and planned Global Gateway centers allow patients to receive world-class care with seamless coordination, safety, and convenience.

Each location is chosen to maximize accessibility, maintain clinical excellence, and support the delivery of next-generation regenerative and cellular therapies.

Primary Treatment Center — Baja California, Mexico

Our main treatment facility is located in the medical district of Tijuana, Baja California. This is an established destination for advanced medical services that's located just minutes from the San Diego border.

Global Gateway Centers — United States

Global Gateway centers serve as essential points of coordination for U.S.-based patients. These centers provide non-treatment services that support the patient journey, including:

  •   Laboratory orders.
  •   Medical record aggregation.
  •   Physical examinations.
  •   Imaging coordination.
  •   Pre-travel preparation.
  •   Post-treatment follow-up coordination.

Global Gateway — La Jolla, California (Opening 2026)

Located in one of the leading medical hubs in the United States, the La Jolla center will serve as the Center's primary U.S.-based access point.

Functions:

  •   Initial consultations and evaluations.
  •   Diagnostic coordination.
  •   Medical history review.
  •   Continuity of care with U.S. physicians.
  •   Patient preparation before treatment in Mexico.

Global Gateway — Greater Miami, Florida (Planned 2027)

The Miami center will support patients across the East Coast and Canada, South America, and Caribbean.
